The bedrooms: This villa is composed by 5 suites and 3 rooms, as already mentioned, spread over its 3 floors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fibre optic internet with wifi access and a hairdryer. Cots are available if needed.

The rooms are presented as follows:

• Suite 1: 2 single beds and shower (floor -1)
• Suite 2: 2 single beds and shower (floor -1)
• Suite 3: 1 double bed and shower (floor -1)
• Suite 4: 1 double bed and shower (floor -1)
• Suite 5: 2 single beds and bath / shower (ground floor)
• Bedroom 6: 2 single beds (1st floor)
• Bedroom 7: 1 double bed (1st floor)Bedroom 8: 1 double bed (1st floor)

Living Room: This Villa it has a light decoration and A/C on all bedrooms plus the lounge areas. The living room is spacious and great to relax. It is equipped with comfortable sofas and a large Led Smart TV was recently added for the entertainment of the guests. There is also access to Wi-Fi (throughout the house) so the clients can enjoy great sessions of Netflix. There’s a DVD player too and cable TV.

Kitchen & Dining area: A fully equipped kitchen will be the delight of every chef. The equipments are a Coffee machine, Oven, Stove, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Blender, kettle, Dish washer and Washing machine.

Leisure area: On floor -1 you can find a leisure area and the cinema room there’s a sofa bed with 2 single beds, Games room with pool, Lounge, Large Led Smart TV, Blue Ray cinema System, Dolby Digital sound system, Netflix and Wi-Fi.

Garden & Exterior: There is a garden of 2000 sqm where you can relax by the pool (11 x 5 m in size) and get some tan on one of the sun loungers available. If you prefer the shade there are 4 fixed coconut umbrellas ready to use. Outside you can also find a kitchen patio of 40 sqm equipped with tables and seats for 18. But the main spot of the garden is without a doubt the volleyball court made out of real beach sand.

The property has 4 parking places accessible through gate with remote control. In the exterior there is space for another 4 cars.
