Suites:

The villa comprises 10 genuine suites: 6 located on the 1st floor and the other 4 located on the ground floor. The bedrooms were decorated with contemporary lines that will promote a good night rest. The bathrooms were fitted with Nordic wood with epoxy finishes, done by local craftsmen. All the suites have a Led Smart TV connected to the Internet via optical fiber cable, so you can stream lightning fast digital contents from Netflix or from another source. There is a 2.1 sound system to come along. Even the bathrooms are equipped with speakers

Living room & open plan kitchen:

On the living room you’ll find a very comfortable sofa facing a large round Led Smart TV and with the Dolby surround sound system.

The ground floor has also a small restaurant inside.
A fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment will be the delight of every chef. Professional expresso coffee machine and the wine fridge cabinet available.

Dining room:

The dining area features seats for 20 people around the kitchen bench and around the dining tables, both overlooking the stunning garden outside. Big cabinets set on one wall provide storage for more than 30 people. English and Continental breakfast can be served as an extra service.

The Cocktails & Dreams Club:

The villa has its own private bar for your exclusive use. In a 200 sqm area decorated with wood and stone, you’ll find a central bar that serves the sports and games room, the cards’ table and the live band dance floor. The fully equipped club can be opened by request with lots of options: live band, karaoke, 80’s/90’s DJ, birthday parties, weddings etc.

4K Cinema, disco & live band shows:

The large cinema room is serviced with a 120″ 4K screen, superior sound system and comfortable sofas. A live band show is available upon additional request. The cinema room will be transformed into a club with live music, open bar and chill out zone.Djs and karaoke nights are also available at the club.

Gymnasium: 

On the other side of the floor, you can workout in the villa gym.

Garden & exterior facilities:

The 2000 sqm plot features a huge garden with a large swimming pool, surrounded by a Brazilian wood deck. The garden is served by a restaurant area of 60 sqm, with BBQ and seats for 20 people. Environmental sound system is available via Bluetooth. This will enable you to broadcast your favourite playlist from your mobile phone.

Around the pool area, you can either have fun on the volleyball court made with beach sand or just relax in the sun loungers set under the coconut umbrellas.

• Booking reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday only – Mandatory
• 50% deposit payment is required to book.
• 50% balance payment is required 60 days before the arrival to confirm the booking.
• The check-in is done after 16:00 H and the check-out is done until 11:00 H.
• The person responsible for the booking is also responsible for all the damages caused to the property during the rental period.
• No pets allowed.
• Minors should always be monitored by their parents.
• No parties or events are allowed without authorization from the owner.
• It is not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy of the villa, being this one of
  20 people.
• It is not allowed to violate the noise law in force, and if this happens the rental contract will be cancelled immediately.
• Standard services included for rentals above the 11.000€: Welcome pack, private yacht sunset cruise, daily cleaning, wine tasting sunset and heated pool (must be required 4 days before).
• Cancelations made 60 days or more before the arrival will have a 80% refund of the whole rental price; the refund does not include VRBO fees.
• There is no refund for cancelations made 59 days or less before the arrival.
• Any event that exceeds the people capacity of the villa needs to be authorized by the owner, otherwise the rental contract is cancelled immediately.
• Extra cleaning must be booked 1 week before the arrival.
• It is prohibited to move the equipment from the place where it is located, namely furniture, electrical, electronic, Wi-Fi or multimedia devices.
• External services are only allowed after agreement between our company and the service provider, because the external services can conflict with the current organization.
  To hire external service providers without authorization is considered breach of contract and will terminate the rental contract, with no compensation to be paid to the tenants.
