Villa Valverde, situated in the Golden Triangle, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, is a small development, a short drive from the beach. This attactive, spacious, 4 bedroom detached villa. The villa is comfortably furnished and has air con throughout, including kitchen.
Bedrooms: Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to terrace and pool.  En bathroom. Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to terrace and pool with en suite shower room. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Bathrooms: 3 en suite shower rooms.  1 ensuite full bathroom. I cloakroom.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Living Room: Tastefully furnished lounge with raised dining area. Cable TV. Air conditioning. Patio doors out to terrace and pool area.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen included.
Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement).
Maid service Monday to Friday.
Pool heating is available for the minimum of €227 per week and the minimum period is 7 days. When requesting pool heating please bear in mind that the weather effects the pool temperature. Heavy rain can neutralise the heating and the ambient air temperature also impacts on the pool heating. If the average ambient temperature is 12 degrees or less then the pool heating will not get to a temperature suitable for comfortable swimming.
The pool heating is switched on 3 days prior to arrival, so if bad weather means you cannot use the pool your money cannot be refunded as expenses have already been incurred.
As the temperature can drop considerably at night, if you do not use the pool cover then heat will escape and the pool temperature can drop quite dramatically. No complaints regarding the pool temperature can be considered if the pool cover is not used daily.Â
If the pool heating fails then a pro rata refund will be made as long as the client advises us of the problem whilst in resort.
Failure to comply with the departure time can result in the forfeit of your damage deposit.
Where the villa has an alarm please note that its use is mandatory otherwise, in the case of burglary, any insurance claim will be invalid
